Tension and Trauma Release Exercise classes are held in spring and fall. Reservations are required and space is limited.The next class will be offered in September 2018.
Women's Retreats and Couple's Retreats are held throughout the year. The next Women's Bodies, Women's Minds retreat will be held in October 2018.
Inside-Outside Adventures is a series of outdoor experiences based around a reading (or two) combined with a strong experiential component designed to bring the teachings into full embodiment. This year we are doing a series of Women's Empowerment HIkes on 5/12, 6/16, 7/21 and 9/15-16. Register here.
Sex Therapy is also available, including porn use, sexual compulsivity, low desire, ED, sexual abuse, and LGBT concerns.
Michelle Harkey is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, with additional training as a sex therapist, somatic (mind-body) coach and massage therapist. She is also a certified provider for Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE) and is a Relationship Coach through the Robbins-Madanes Institute.
